Miranda Lambert made one brave little Texan's day by sending her a very special video message.

Tatum Schulte has been fighting osteosarcoma, a form of bone cancer, since 2015. The 9-year-old has endured chemo and radiation treatments and had her leg amputated below the knee.
So it was a welcome surprise when Schulte, who is a huge Miranda fan, got a message from the singer last Thursday.
"Hey Tatum, it's Miranda Lambert, I heard you're a big fan and you're a Texas girl," Lambert said in the video. "I just wanted to tell you 'Hello' and that my thoughts and prayers are with you. You're tough and you're brave just like Texas girls should be. I'm sending you all the hugs and kisses in the world."
Schulte's dad, Travis also posted the video to the Team Tatum Facebook page, along with Tatum's reaction to the special message. It's clear from the look on her face that she can barely believe her favorite country artist is actually talking to her.

Lambert, a native Texan herself, has a heart for good causes. She recently went down to Houston to help her charity, MuttNation Foundation, to rescue dogs displaced by Hurricane Harvey.
