Former president Barack Obama is known for being the 44th president of the United States. Throughout his time in the White House, we learned of his values, family life and sense of humor. What we don't know about is his (limited) prowess in the kitchen! In Michelle Obama's interview with E!'s Daily Pop, she divulges her husband's three go-to dishes when cooking.

Michelle Obama's Children's Food Show
Michelle Obama spent her time as a First Lady educating the public on food, nutrition and healthy eating habits. She continues spreading awareness with her Netflix children's cooking show, Waffles + Mochi. In this Netflix show, Michelle Obama hangs out with puppets Waffles and Mochi, learning about different foods and spices from all over the world.
In the new show, Michelle Obama, or Mrs. O is a supermarket owner. Her two friends are from the land of frozen food, and they're on a mission to learn how to cook healthy food. Whenever they need to do research, they fly in a magical shopping cart to places around the world, from Japan to Italy.
However, despite Michelle Obama's commitment to sharing the knowledge of healthy cooking, she has recently shared that her husband, Barack Obama, doesn't have quite as varied a repertoire.
Obama's Three Meals
Former First Lady Michelle Obama says that her husband could definitely cook when they started dating, but only if he sticks to three meals. Obama can make "a mean chili, a good stir-fry, and great omelets. So, he had kind of his...wheelhouse. He stayed in that lane, you know? But he could cook."
While former President Obama can be depended on to make a tasty stir fry, chili, or omelet, it sounds like it's best to leave other meals to Mrs. Obama. However, the couple's daughters, Malia and Sasha, have picked up some cooking skills from their mother.

While quarantining with their parents during the Coronavirus pandemic, they've reportedly become "midnight bakers." Obama says that "At 1 in the morning, you'd smell cinnamon buns baking. I had to tell them to stop because we can't have all those sweets."
