Most major restaurants have some form of a secret menu, and Olive Garden is no different. With breadsticks, cheesecake, fettuccine alfredo, grilled chicken, chicken parmigiana, lasagna, meatballs, zuppa toscana, and other pasta dishes, Olive Garden already has a quite a large regular menu. The Olive Garden secret menu also has a few options you can try to order at one of the Italian restaurants if the Italian food they already have on offer isn't good enough for you.

Olive Garden Secret Menu Items
SecretMenus.com lists a few different Italian dishes you can try to get at the restaurant chain if you'd like to order off the menu.
One is the sampler Italiano, which is supposedly an option for mixing and matching your sampler, substituting or adding extra portions as you choose.
Another is the stuffed ravioli, which isn't a secret in and of itself. Rather, the outlet mentions you can try to have meat or veggies removed from them. If they're prepared ahead of time, however, this may not be possible.
There's also the zeppole dipping sauce option. Usually, the doughnut dessert comes with a chocolate sauce, but you can ask for an alternative and there might be a raspberry sauce available instead.
Taste of Home says you can make a makeshift creamy minestrone at Olive Garden by asking for half a serving of potato soup and half a serving of minestrone in the same cup or bowl. That outlet also claims that the chicken fettuccine Florentine can be made year-round, even if it's not the right "season" for the usually limited item.
You can also get extra sauce like alfredo sauce or marinara sauce if you'd really like, or more or less cheese like mozzarella and parmesan on your appetizers or entrees if you just ask. That's not exactly a secret menu item or menu hack, but we still think it counts. The same goes for making things vegetarian if they've got meat in them.
It's not just fast-food joints like McDonald's, Subway, Starbucks, or Burger King that have secret menus anymore! The Olive Garden secret menu has something for everyone, too.
