Peanut Brrr-ittle M&M's Are the New Holiday Flavor on Shelves

There are plenty of things to get excited about between today and the end of 2017. We have heaps of holiday season cheer coming, cooler weather to look forward to, and the promise of a fresh start once 2018 hits. Luckily, an optimistic approach to the close of this calendar year doesn't need to happen in a bland fashion. What we're trying to say is that holiday-themed treats are on their way to shelves near you. One good example, Hot Cocoa Oreos, is pretty high up on our "to-do" list still. Another new addition is along the lines, but this one comes from our friends over at M&M's. Peanut Brrr-ittle M&M's are newest flavor on shelves.

You can find the new Peanut Brrr-ittle M&M's at a Target near you. Similar to last year's Boo-tterscotch M&M's, the peanut brittle-flavored variety uses a fun play on words in its title. It seems as though milk chocolate in a candy shell surrounds a caramelized peanut. As Junk Banter wrote,

"The flavor is certainly unique for M&M's and, quite frankly, it's very intriguing. The sweetness in Peanut Brrr-ittle M&M's is a deeper, darker one like brown sugar. It tastes nutty, slightly caramelized, roasty, and other words that I can make up on the spot."

The trend in our favorite candies and other sweets seems to be limited-edition releases. You know fall has arrived when Pecan Pie M&M's hit shelves. This release seems to be generating a lot of social media hype.

One Instagram user couldn't contain her excitement, saying "omg yes yes YES!!! we are getting them" and tagging a friend. We like being on the receiving end of that type of action.

Others went into a powerful realm, the world of all-caps. "FIND THESe," one comment read. It seems that Peanut Brrr-ittle M&M's are enough to make us throw proper formatting to the wind. How's that for a new candy filled with holiday cheer?

An Instagram account called Snack Cellar shared this release from the brand famous for chocolate candies. Snack Cellar shares the "latest snacks, junk food, and fast food." They promise that the aroma and taste of these M&M's are unlike other varieties. For now, though, we suggest heading to your local Target to try and find them. If they taste anything like real peanut brittle, you can count us very in.
