It's Margaritapalooza at Taco Cabana and there's a new boozy margarita flavor hitting the menu. While it was an April Fools' joke a few years ago, The San Antonio-based chain decided to make it a reality, adding pickle margaritas to their limited-time margarita promotion. Is it the best margarita of the bunch? That's for you to find out for yourself since all margaritas are only $2 each.

How to Make a Pickle Margarita Recipe at Home
Shared by Gordy's Pickle Jar in the Washington Post, this dill pickle margarita uses Gordy's Fine Brine, pickle brine made specifically to be mixed in cocktails. You can find this cocktail mixer, as well as their bloody mary mix and pickles in grocery stores across the nation using their product locator on their site.
Start your brunch off right with this pickle juice cocktail! Rim your margarita glass with lime and salt and add ice. In a cocktail shaker mix tequila, pickle juice, lime juice, Cointreau, simple syrup, and orange bitters. Shake with ice and strain into the prepared cups. Garnish with a lime wedge and a pickle spear.
While it may seem like a weird combo, pickles and booze just works! The only way I take whiskey shots is with a chaser of pickle juice, so I don't see why this margarita wouldn't be tasty.
