Since I cook dinner (almost!) every night, I try to plan ahead and think of a variety meals that are relatively simple and different than some of my go-to recipes. Don't get me wrong, I love my traditional chicken dinners, but sometimes it's nice to change things up a bit.

One of my favorite cuts of meat that I always have on hand is pork tenderloin. It's inexpensive, simple to cook, and can take on different flavors. Check out our list of pork tenderloin recipes that are super delicious and easy to whip up for your weeknight dinner.
1. Roasted Pork Tenderloin and Apples
When I look at this pork loin recipe with apples, it's hard for me not to think of that Brady Bunch episode where Peter Brady (in his best Humphrey Bogart voice) repeats the dinner menu back to his Mom and Alice, "pork chops and applesauce. That's swell". Never gets old!
When you think about it though, pork and apples make a delicious combination. This pork recipe is a one pan meal with delicious flavors coming from the brown sugar, rosemary, paprika, and garlic powder.
2. Grilled Pork Tenderloin and Grilled Peaches
Utilizing the grill is a simple way to end up with a juicy pork tenderloin. The pork is rubbed with a mixture of olive oil, salt, and herbs de Provence and served alongside grilled peaches. Make sure to use a meat thermometer to get the internal temperature to about 145-150 degrees Fahrenheit-this applies to all of these recipes.
This is an easy weeknight meal that requires little prep time and allows you to spend some time outside by the grill! Here's the recipe.
3. Crock Pot Brown Sugar Balsamic Glazed Pork Loin
Using the slow cooker seriously helps with making the best pork loin. The pork is rubbed with ground sage, salt, and black pepper and cooks low and slow for about six hours until it's tender and cooked through.
And you can't beat that brown sugar balsamic glaze that's brushed over the top! Here's the recipe.
4. Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Breadcrumbs and Brussel Sprouts
Seasoned Panko breadcrumbs give this pork loin roast a delicious flavor and crunchy texture. This is one of the simplest recipes and you only need two roasting pans, so clean up will be a breeze! Here's the recipe.
5. Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches with Caramelized Onion Mayonnaise
These tasty sandwiches are fitting for a weeknight dinner and can easily serve as lunch, too. The pork is cooked on high heat, cooled down, and sliced. Apples, cheese, arugula, and homemade caramelized-onion mayo are added to this hearty sandwich for the perfect balance of flavors.
6. Slow Cooker Asian Pork Tenderloin with Ginger Glaze
I really like marinating pork loin with Asian flavors like ginger, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. These ingredients help the pork get a delicious glaze over the top and using the crock pot makes everything so easy!
7. Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
Pork loin roast stuffed with jalapeño peppers, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and wrapped in bacon-yes please!
If you don't have a smoker, you can absolutely cook the pork in the oven until the internal temperature reaches around 145 degrees. Here's the recipe.
8. Sage and Pecan Pork Tenderloin Cutlets
Breaded chicken cutlets are one of my favorite go-to, easy weeknight meals. Switch things up a bit by using pork tenderloin cutlets and bread them in a mixture of sage, chopped pecans, and breadcrumbs.
The blackberry sauce is completely optional, but adds in some nice flavors. Here's the recipe.
9. Garlic and Rosemary Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin
This pork loin recipe is the perfect centerpiece for a holiday dinner, special occasion, or weeknight dinner. Flavored with delicious ingredients that you probably have in your kitchen right now, this pork will be a huge hit! Here's the recipe.
10. Cornbread Stuffed Pork Loin
Stuffing a pork loin roast with cornbread stuffing is sure to impress anyone! If you don't feel comfortable cutting your pork for stuffing, you can always ask your butcher to help you out.
