Reba McEntire will return as host of the Academy of Country Music awards this year, marking her 16th time as host of the award show. Though she took some time off from the gig from 2013 to 2017, McEntire got back into the swing of things as host of the ACMs last year.

McEntire will also appear on CBS This Morning on Feb. 20 to help announce the first round of nominees.
The 54th Academy of Country Music Awards will take place on April 7 in Las Vegas. The ceremony will air on CBS.

Last year's ACM awards featured big wins by Miranda Lambert and Chris Stapleton. The ceremony also featured collaborations between Alan Jackson and Jon Pardi, Toby Keith and Blake Shelton and McEntire and Kelly Clarkson.
In 2018, McEntire was a recipient of the Kennedy Center Honors. She was also given the inaugural Career Maker Award at the 48th Anniversary Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame Gala.
