We're rather fond of infused moonshine, but this caramel apple moonshine recipe doesn't require a few weeks to gain the perfect apple flavor. And that means it's the best of everything autumn in a cocktail recipe, great for sipping beside a bonfire or after a visit to the pumpkin patch. Serve it with other yummy apple treats at your grown-up Halloween party instead of bobbing for apples, too.

Caramel apple moonshine is easy and fast to make. Pour equal amounts of apple juice and apple cider in a cocktail shaker, then add cinnamon, moonshine (in a pinch you can use Everclear) and caramel vodka. Shake everything together for 15 seconds, then pour into two glasses and serve.
You can have some fun with the glasses and garnish for this DIY cocktail. One idea is to sugar the rim of the glass with brown sugar and sprinkle apple pie spice on top of the drink. You might add cinnamon sticks (especially if want to serve the drink warm) or even caramel candies on a toothpick. You can serve the drink in mason jars, mugs or other cocktail glasses.
