Cranberry Sauce Moscow Mule
Infuse a festive cranberry twist in this classic ginger cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1750 ml vodka
- 3 cups cranberry sauce (Store bought or make your own)
- 1 1/2 cups lime juice
- 8 cans ginger beer (12 oz each)
- Fresh cranberries and lime slices, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine vodka and cranberry sauce in a non-reactive glass container with a lid. Shake and store in fridge for 2 days. Shake the bottle once or twice a day while you wait.
- Strain vodka to remove solid pieces. Strain it twice if it's a little cloudier than you'd like.
- In a non reactive gallon pitcher, combine 2 1/4 cups infused vodka, lime juice, and ginger beer. Serve chilled or over ice.
Notes
You'll end up with leftover infused vodka for this recipe, but don't fret! It can be stored in the fridge or freezer for weeks.
