As one might expect, Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus are living comfortably in the North Pole with a house estimated to be worth $710,000. The biggest celebrities of the Arctic boast a 2,500-square-foot home described as a "toy-lover's paradise" with multiple tiny homes. And thanks to a mock listing on Zillow, you can even see pictures of what kind of crib the Clauses and their tiny elf workforce call home.

Originally built in 1822, the home has unique features like a Santa's Toy Workshop, Reindeer Stables, River Rock Fireplace and Sleigh Parking Garage. It sits on 25 acres, allowing an ideal setting for "spirited reindeer games." For those who love to bake, one of its most exciting attributes is an oven that offers 12 different cookie settings and serves them directly to the dining room table.
While Santa's house is not currently on the market and has never been sold, Zillow calculated the estimated value for Santa's home using comparable homes in remote locations. They also factored in a "Santa premium," similar to when a home is owned by a celebrity and the property value is therefore boosted.
Each bedroom offers individual highlights, like a sprawling mountain view in the master, bunk beds or cozy fireplaces to stay warm on the coldest of nights.
"Santa's home in the North Pole is one of the most famous homes in the world, so we're thrilled it's now on Zillow," said Zillow Chief Marketing Officer Jeremy Wacksman in a statement. "Millions of kids are looking forward to a visit from Santa this year, and now they have the opportunity to virtually visit Santa's house themselves."
