Congratulations are in order for Shay Mooney! of the country duo Dan + Shay ! The singer and his fiance, Hannah Billingsley, welcomed his first child, a boy, on Tuesday (Jan. 24).

He's already got his parents wrapped around his tiny little fingers. They both took to social media to gush about the infant.

"It's hard to describe the love you feel for the first time when you hold your child," Mooney wrote on Instagram. "I will never be the same. Asher James, I promise to be the father you deserve. And Hannah, I promise to be the husband you want and need. I love you both so much. You've given me everything I never knew I needed. Welcome to the world Asher James Mooney."

The sweet photo shows Mooney adoring not just the baby, but also his soon-to-be wife. Fans were in awe of the image. It got over 20,000 likes in just one day.

Billingsley hasn't posted a photo since Asher James' birth, but she did tease his arrival with a photo of some of the unborn baby's accessories and clothes.

Mooney began to document the baby's birth as soon as the cute couple got to the hospital. He shared another image of them smiling for the camera at the hospital with the caption, "The time is nigh." He even gave the unborn baby his own hashtag #AsherJames (and note how gorgeous Billingsley is just before giving birth!).

This is the couple's first child. They announced the pregnancy in the fall of 2016, calling him "Mini Mooney" in their announcement caption. The news broke just a couple of months after Mooney announced that he'd asked Billingsley to spend forever with him.

"She's stuck with me now," he wrote on Instagram after popping the question. Not long before that, the couple had celebrated their one year anniversary.

Congratulations to the happy couple! We look forward to seeing more adorable photos of baby Asher James.
