Single Serving Hot Chocolate
You don't need to make a whole batch of homemade hot chocolate just for one mug. Our Single Serving Hot Chocolate are perfect for those nights by ourselves.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp unsweetend cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a small saucepan whisk together the unsweetened cocoa, sugar and milk. Cook until cocoa powder and sugar is dissolved and drink is hot. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Serve with marshmallows.
Notes
Make peppermint hot chocolate by stirring in 1/4 tsp of peppermint extract.
Add a pinch of salt into the drink to edge the sweetness.
