Idon't know about you, but Sonic has always been a special treat for me. The Sonic Blast is easily one of the most iconic menu items at this fast-food restaurant, and they basically rival even the best Dairy Queen Blizzards. Tacos are great, but sometimes ice cream just hits the spot. What different Sonic Blast flavors can you get at a Sonic Drive-In?

What Are Sonic Blasts?
Sonic Blasts are basically milkshakes with some delicious mix-ins. They're made with real ice cream and candy or cookie pieces, plus whipped cream on top. What could be better, especially in the middle of summer?
Sonic Blasts are great paired with other items you can get at the restaurant, including cheeseburgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, ice cream sundaes, and kids' meals. You can even get breakfast at Sonic in the form of breakfast burritos and Texas toast sandwiches, but having a milkshake with breakfast may not be the best idea. You do you, though!
What Flavors Are There?
Currently, the Sonic Drive-In website has six different flavors.
They have one made with Oreo Cookie Pieces, for starters. It's made with vanilla ice cream and the super recognizable cookie America loves.
Then there's the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Sonic Blast, which also features vanilla ice cream, plus bits of peanut butter cups. The Mini M&M'S Chocolate Candies Sonic Blast has the same ice cream, but uses those candies instead.
The menu also has a Butterfinger candies flavor, and one made with pieces of Snickers bars. Finally, there's the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blast, which is basically like a thick chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake.
Occasionally, the fast-food joint will offer some flavors for a limited time. For instance, QSR magazine says Sonic has a new Cheesecake Blast and Strawberry Cheesecake Blast as limited edition desserts. The first has cheesecake and graham cracker pieces, and the latter features real strawberries mixed in too.
