Ingredients
- 4 cups Bisquick mix
- 1 1/4 cup buttermilk (Reserve extra if mixture becomes dry)
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 stick butter, melted (2 tablespoons melted; remaining can be kept at room temperature)
- Your favorite frosting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray 2 cake pans with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine Bisquick, buttermilk, and sugar. Stir to combine, add more buttermilk if needed. Dough will be moist and sticky. Set aside.
