While you can't celebrate Cinco de Mayo or Taco Tuesday out at your favorite taqueria, you can celebrate it with all the margaritas you can handle from Texas Taco Cabana. According to Quick Service Restaurant Magazine, the San Antonio-based Mexican restaurant is adding gallon-size Taco Cabana margaritas to its menu along with tequila shots, and new food offerings. Now does that sound like a fiesta or what?

Taco Cabana Adds Gallon-Size Margaritas to Menu
If you want an alcoholic beverage and some sopapillas, Taco Cabana has you covered. To kick off celebrations, the restaurant is offering A gallon of on-the-rocks lime, strawberry, or new mango margaritas made with Margaritaville tequila (manufacturer-sealed bottle) for only $34.99. The gallon margaritas will be available for take out or drive-thru only, making them perfect for at-home pandemic drinks. Personally I'm going to take advantage of the strawberry margaritas deal.
Along with margs, the restaurant is also selling shots of tequila (served in a sealed bottle) with a collectible Taco Cabana shot glass for $3 as well as Bacardi (manufacturer-sealed 50 ml bottle) and Coke (can) for $4. Taco Cabana is also bringing back its famous Kickin' Grande Nachos $9.49. These delicious nachos include Tortilla chips topped with your choice of ground beef, diced steak fajitas or diced chicken fajitas, refried beans, queso, guacamole, pico de gallo, sliced fresh jalapenos & a drizzle of sour cream.
Make sure to leave some room for dessert. New Nutella Empanadas (two for $2.99 or a dozen for $14.99) are sure to fill you up. Tack on an order of Sopapillas and you've got yourself one heck of a party.
Looking to prepare your own meal? Taco Cabana is offering ready-to-cook and heat & eat items such as seasoned steak fajita meat, ground beef, shredded chicken, or a dozen flautas from the new TC Pantry. Just pick up your ingredients and cook everything at home while enjoying your gallon of margaritas.
