According to the News Tribune, seventh grade teacher Alison Bryant is currently battling cancer and is a huge fan of the country couple. She was near the front of the stage during their performance when something happened that she never expected. McGraw was singing his emotional hit song, "Live Like You Were Dying," when he spotted her in the crowd. He reached out and held her hand as he sang the song's chorus.

"It was very compassionate," Bryant explained. "I was star struck at first, but the compassion from him and Faith Hill, and the people around me will always be with me. It will be in my heart."

The moment was caught on camera by another concert attendee. Watch the clip below.

Brielle Nicholson, who captured the meeting, shared the clip on McGraw's Facebook page. It didn't take long for friends to alert Alison of the video.

But this wasn't the only kind gesture provided by McGraw and Hill. Their team moved Alison to the front row before the concert began and greeted her. Although it was a small gesture, it was one that Bryant will surely never forget.
