Walker, Texas Ranger defined '90s television and gave us the martial arts expert we never knew we needed -- Chuck Norris. Even years after the show ended its 8-season run on CBS, fans still love watching reruns and seeing Norris uphold the law in the Lone Star state.

Longtime fans of the TV show have even more to be excited about because a Walker, Texas Ranger reboot is currently in the works on the CW starring Supernatural star Jared Padalecki as the titular character. Though the original show was based in the Dallas area, the new show will be giving the popular character a few upgrades and changing locales, basing the new Walker in Austin, Texas (coincidentally where Padalecki lives in real life).
Here's what all of your favorite Walker, Texas Ranger cast members have been up to since the original show wrapped in 2001.
1. Chuck Norris
Norris starred in the action series as Cordell Walker, who came back for the TV movie Walker, Texas Ranger: Trial by Fire. In the '70s, Norris trained celebrities in martial arts, which helped him break into Hollywood and become an unexpected sensation. Norris has continued acting over the years, appearing in numerous TV series including Hawaii Five-0 and The Goldbergs, as well as feature films like DodgeBall: A True Underdog Story and The Expendables 2. We can only hope that the beloved star appears in a cameo in the new series!
2. Clarence Gilyard Jr
James Trivette was Walker's partner on the show and a former Dallas Cowboys player. Gilyard had already known a thing or two about being a right-hand man after playing Conrad McMasters opposite Andy Griffith on Matlock before starring on Walker, Texas Ranger. Gilyard went on to appear in Left Behind: The Movie, Chasing Shakespeare, Christmas on the Coast, and The Perfect Race.
3. Sheree J. Wilson
Assistant District Attorney Alex Cahill plays Walker's love interest who eventually becomes his wife. Other than playing Alex, Wilson is also well-known for her role as April Stevens Ewing on the soap opera Dallas. Wilson has since appeared in a stage production of Driving Miss Daisy as well as numerous TV films including A Country Christmas, A Mermaid for Christmas, and Anna's Storm.
4. Noble Willingham
Retired Texas Ranger Captain CD Parker is Walker's old buddy, who regularly comes help his old friend even though he owns a bar in Fort Worth. Willingham is recognizable from his previous roles on City Slickers and numerous TV series. Though Walker, Texas Ranger was his last TV appearance, he was in a couple more films before he passed away in 2004 -- South of Heaven, West of Hell and Blind Horizon.

5. Nia Peeples
In the show's final seasons, Sydney Cooke joins as a rookie Ranger assisting Walker. Peeples has been a TV regular over the years appearing in The Young and the Restless, Pretty Little Liars, Longmire, and The Fosters.
6. Judson Mills
Francis Gage was another rookie Ranger who joins the team in the last two seasons of the show. Mills has since appeared in The X-Files, Crossing Jordan, CSI: Miami, Saving Grace, Bones, and Notorious.
7. Floyd Red Crow Westerman
Ray Firewalker was Walker's paternal uncle, who raised him after his parents were murdered. After season 2, Ray disappears and later we find out that he passed away. Westerman was born on the Lake Traverse Indian Reservation in South Dakota and was a passionate activist for Native Americans in our country. He had previously played "Chief Ten Bears" in Dances with Wolves and had also had a successful country music career collaborating with the likes of Willie Nelson and Kris Kristofferson. He went on to book roles in The X-Files, Baywatch Nights, Poltergeist: The Legacy, and Dharma & Greg before passing away from leukemia in 2007.
8. Jimmy Wlcek
Trent Malloy was a former karate student of Walker's who frequently teamed up with him and Trivette to work cases. Similar to Norris, he was also naturally very skilled in martial arts in real life as well as on the show. Wlcek has since appeared on JAG, The Division, Blackout, Shadow on the Mesa and The Sector.
9. Marco Sanchez
Carlos Sandoval was a detective for the Dallas PD and Trent's best friend. Carlos also appeared on the spin-off series, Sons of Thunder. Sanchez has since had a steady TV career appearing on a number of shows including Desperate Housewives, Criminal Minds, The Mentalist, NCIS, MacGyver, and more.
