I am the first to admit that I haven't got the slightest clue what to make for dinner until my stomach starts grumbling at a quarter to six. Scavenging through my fridge I'm usually about to whip something together, usually having to run over to the grocery store to get one or two key ingredients.

But alas today is the day I've decided to take dinner into my own hands and shop at the grocery store only once a week rather than running back and forth to the store enough times a week to almost consider myself a part-time employee.
This weekly dinner menu includes some of my favorites (gnocchi is my total weakness) along with a few new dishes I would love to try.
Print out each of these recipes and make up your grocery list with our printable menu planner. It'll make grocery shopping a snap.
Monday: Slow Cooker Teriyaki Venison
Start the week off with a bang of flavor with this Slow Cooker Teriyaki Venison. This easy weekly dinner recipe is packed full of venison and a sweet and tangy teriyaki sauce.
As one of our most popular recipes, I highly suggest serving this with some steamed rice and vegetables.
Tuesday: Vegetarian Eggplant Parmesan
Your shopping list will thank you for this healthy recipe for it only includes a few ingredients (like tomato sauce and parmesan) you may already have in your kitchen.
This simple recipe is a great way to skip a day of eating meat while still feeling full. I suggest serving this healthy recipe with steamed green beans.
Wednesday: Spiced Slow Cooker Cabbage Rolls
This healthy dinner is the perfect way to celebrate hump day. Fresh cabbage leaves are filled with ground beef and then topped with a spicy chile sauce and cooked slowly for about eight hours.
If you want to kick it up a notch, add in some Italian sausage in place of the ground beef. The spiciness of the Italian spices would pair perfectly with this easy dinner idea.
Thursday: Beef and Barley Soup
If there's one recipe on this weekly dinner plan you can plan on making multiple weeks in a row, it's this soup.
Filling and hearty, this beef and barley soup uses ground beef from the night before, making your shopping a little bit easier.
Friday: Sweet Potato Gnocchi
It's the end of the work week which means your weekly menu is almost finished. Celebrate the start of the weekend with sweet potato gnocchi served with a creamy butter sauce. You'll want to add this recipe to the recipe box.
Saturday: Garlic and Rosemary Steaks
The weekend is here which means that dinner planning is a bit more relaxed. For tonight's menu we decided to go with a simple garlic and rosemary steak fit for a crowd.
Invite the neighbors over or spend the date-night in with this delicious meal.
Sunday: Coca-Cola Brisket
It's the end (or is it the beginning) of the week and nothing sounds better than a slice of Coca-Cola brisket. Comfort food at its finest, this brisket is best served with a slice of white bread.
