Two New Items Are Now at Whataburger (One Is a Real Fan Favorite, Too!)

It's back! For a limited time, Whataburger locations will be serving up the fan favorite, Buffalo Ranch Chicken Strip Sandwiches. Whataburger, a fast food restaurant that serves made-to-order burgers, sandwiches and shakes, has announced that the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Strip Sandwich is back on the menu for a limited run.

The sandwich first was introduced in 2015 for a limited engagement and then was brought back in January of 2017. And it's no surprise this chicken sandwich is taking over. Three crispy all-white meat chicken strips are topped with creamy buttermilk ranch dressing, two slices of Monterey Jack cheese and Whataburger's buffalo sauce are served on top of a toasted five-inch bun.

Everyone is super excited for this comeback sandwich. In fact, the Harlandale ISD located in San Antonio helped Whataburger announce the sandwich with their very own rube goldberg machine.

Take a look:

The Whataburger fans are already rejoicing.

And one fan already has a great idea about how to customize the burger to make it even spicier. Jordan McPherson commented on the post suggesting swapping out the creamy buttermilk ranch for the jalapeño ranch and adding on some bacon slices.

The hype surrounding the burger is contagious. Spicy and fried this sandwich needs a fun drink to sip along side it. Yes, Whataburger has thought of that as well. Nothing goes better with a Buffalo Ranch Chicken Strip Sandwich than a cool and icy shake. And Whataburger has got a new one for you.

Whataburger has also announced a brand new shake that'll knock your socks off. The limited time salted caramel shake is here to add another element of flavor to your shake game.

Blended with their very own salted caramel sauce this shake goes great with any sandwich or burger on the menu. Hurry and grab a shake and a chicken sandwich before it's all gone.
