A Houston teen named Alvin was enjoying a meal from the beloved burger chain with friends in Corpus Christi. When a flock of seagulls started circling their outdoor table, he decided to have a little fun with the situation. He grabbed a fry and held it out of his mouth, hoping to gain the attention of one of the hungry gulls.

Alvin should count himself lucky, as seagulls can be pretty aggressive about stealing human's food. It's honestly a miracle the gusty bird didn't try and snag a few more afterwards. And let's be real here. Most Texans know it's a unwritten rule that you never steal anyone's Whataburger. Ever.
